KT has released Token Factory, a service that allows users to select from and try out roughly 500 AI models, according to the claim under review, which was judged largely accurate against primary sources.
Token Factory is positioned as a platform where users can browse and experiment with a wide range of AI models rather than relying on a single provider. The figure cited in the claim — approximately 500 models available for selection and trial — matches the description of the service as launched.
The available material establishes the launch of the service and the scale of the model catalog, but does not provide further specifics such as pricing, partnership arrangements, or technical infrastructure details. No additional figures beyond the 500-model count appear in the reviewed sources, and any broader claims about the platform's performance or market positioning remain unconfirmed.
KT's move reflects the company's push into the AI services space, though the reviewed information does not elaborate on the strategic context behind the launch.
The claim that KT's Token Factory has been launched offering access to some 500 AI models for users to try out stands as Mostly True.
